We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date of delivery of your purchase.
The item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached, labels, and packaging intact. There must be no defects, no stains, no animal hair, no odors or signs the item(s) have been worn or used and all packing slips included with the return. Shoes must be returned unworn in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
The following items are Final Sale and Cannot be returned:
Gift Cards, Sale Items - Items with a discount of 30% or more, seasonal items, jewelry, hair accessories, hats, caps, hosiery, lingerie, intimates, handbags, bodysuits, swimwear, mystery bundle items, and personalized items.
RETURNS:
Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, please email: trendsetters@selecttrendsboutique.com to receive your return label. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect item received, or a mistake on our part. If you choose to use our label we will deduct 8.95 from your online credit. If you want to use your own label you will receive credit for the full amount of the return. Processing of Returns:
Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the return and you will receive an email when the process is complete.
Exchanges:
Need to exchange an item? Please call us to initiate an exchange 318-641-8611 M-F 8am-5pm CDT. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item(s) once the original item(s) have been received and processed.
Damaged/Wrong Items:
In the case of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective item and provide you with a replacement or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping fees.
