Typically it takes 1 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include Holidays.

Local Pickup is also available at checkout. Your order is usually available the same business day.  You will be notified when your order is processed and ready to be picked up. Once processed, orders can be picked up at Select Trends Boutique 6205 Monroe Highway, Ball, LA 71405 during normal store hours. Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you must return an item the following is our return policy.

How do I return?

• Visit our returns portal (link also in footer)
• Enter your order number and email address to start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

• Within 30 days from the date of purchase
• In unused and resealable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
• In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Discounted items - Final Sale
• Sale Items with Discount of 30% or More
• Jewelry
• Hair Accessories, Hats & Caps
• Hosiery
• Lingerie
• Intimates
• Face Masks

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be in the form of store credit (Select Trends e-gift card)

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

Shoes must be returned unworn in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 2 working days.

How should I send my return back?

Please refer to the Return Policy above and online to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated for returns.

• Securely repackage your items in the package you received them in.
• Enclose a copy of the receipt in the package.
• Please note that return shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of Return shipping is currently not reimbursed by Select Trends.
• We cannot offer return shipping because we do offer free shipping on all original orders delivered in the continental United States.

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Select Trends Boutique is not responsible for damaged, missing or packages lost in transit.
