Stay cool and look so feminine as you stroll through the summer in our City Strolling Flower Dress.  The fabric is a light, sheer mesh that is totally lined from the straight neckline down to the ruffled, exposed hem.  The fabric is incredibly stretchy for a perfect curve-hugging fit and the ruching at each side creates a draping effect from the waist to the hemline.
