Copy of Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you must return an item the following is our return policy.

How do I return?

  1. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or visit our Return Portal to request a return. (link also in footer)
  2. In the email field, enter the email address associated with your order, and then click continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from Select Trends Boutique and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the Returns Portal and enter the six-digit verification code. 
  5. Select the order that you wish to submit the return for. 
  6. If your order has more than one item, please select the item(s) you wish to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a description.
  8. Click Request Return.
  9. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund in the form of a Select Trends Boutique E-Gift Card.

    The following items are Final Sale and Cannot be returned:

    Gift Cards, Sale Items - Items with a discount of 30% or more, seasonal items, jewelry, hair accessories, hats, caps, hosiery, lingerie, intimates, handbags, bodysuits, swimwear, mystery bundle items, and personalized items.


    Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.

    We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date of delivery of your purchase. Items must arrive back at our warehouse on or before the 30th day to receive store credit.

    The item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached, labels, and packaging intact. There must be no defects, no stains, no animal hair, no odors or signs the item(s) have been worn or used and all packing slips included with the return. Shoes must be returned unworn in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.  

    How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

    To initiate a return or exchange, please email: to receive your return label. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.

    Return Shipping:

    The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect item received, or a mistake on our part. If you choose to use our label we will deduct 8.95 from your online credit. If you want to use your own label you will receive credit for the full amount of the return.     Processing of Returns:

    Returns will be processed within 5 to 10 days of receipt of the return and you will receive an email when the process is complete.


    Need to exchange an item? Please call us to initiate an exchange – 318-641-8611 M-F 8am-5pm CDT. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item(s) once the original item(s) have been received and processed.

    Damaged/Wrong Items:

    In the case of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective item and provide you with a replacement or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping fees.
