We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you must return an item the following is our return policy.
How do I return?
- Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or visit our Return Portal to request a return. (link also in footer)
- In the email field, enter the email address associated with your order, and then click continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from Select Trends Boutique and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the Returns Portal and enter the six-digit verification code.
- Select the order that you wish to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, please select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Select a return reason and add a description.
- Click Request Return.
- If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund in the form of a Select Trends Boutique E-Gift Card.
What items are returnable?
- Within 14 days of the delivery date.
- In unused and resealable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are final sale?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale Items
- Items With A Discount of 30% or More
- Seasonal Items
- Hair Accessories, Hats & Caps
- Face Masks
- Mystery Bundle Items
- Personalized Items
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved and received, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be in the form of store credit (Select Trends e-gift card). NO CASH REFUNDS! If you use our online return label, the postage amount will be deducted from your gift card.
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
Shoes must be returned unworn in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 2 working days.

How should I send my return back?
Please refer to the Return Policy above and online to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated for returns.
- Securely repackage your items in the package you received them in.
- Enclose a copy of the receipt in the package.
- Please note that return shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of Return shipping is currently not reimbursed by Select Trends.
We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Select Trends Boutique is not responsible for damaged, missing or packages lost in transit.
