Return Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you must make a return, the following is our return policy:
We accept returns and exchanges for online orders within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items must arrive back at our warehouse on or before the 30th day to receive a refund.
The item(s) must be: unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached, labels, and packaging intact and not be included in final sale items listed below. There must be no defects, no stains, no animal hair, no odors or signs the item(s) have been worn or used and all packing slips included with the return.
Final Sale items cannot be returned. These items include the following:
Gift Cards, Sale Items with a discount of 30% or more, seasonal items, jewelry, hair accessories, hats, caps, hosiery, lingerie, intimates, handbags, bodysuits, swimwear, mystery bundle items, and personalized items.
Accepted returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned items only. Original shipping costs are not refunded or included as a part of the refund.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or visit our Return Portal to request a return. (link also in footer)
- In the email field, enter the email address associated with your order, and then click continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from Select Trends Boutique and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the Returns Portal and enter the six-digit verification code.
- Select the order that you wish to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, please select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Select a return reason and add a description.
- Click Request Return.
- If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect item received, or a mistake on our part. If you choose to use our label, we will deduct 8.95 from your refund. If you want to use your own label you will receive a refund for the full amount of the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Returns will be processed within 5 to 10 days of receipt of the return, and you will receive an email when the process is complete.
Exchanges: Need to exchange an item? Please call us to initiate an exchange 318-641-8611 M-F 8am-5pm CDT. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item(s) once the original item(s) have been received and processed. If you are in a hurry we suggest you purchase the replacement item(s) and we will refund the original item once received back in our warehouse.
Damaged/Wrong Items: In the case of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective item and provide you with a replacement or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping fees.
