We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

How do I ship back the items?

Shoes must be returned unworn in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 2 working days.

How should I send my return back?
Please refer to the Return Policy above and online to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated for returns.
Securely repackage your items in the package you received them in.
Enclose a copy of the receipt in the package.
Please note that return shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of Return shipping is currently not reimbursed by Select Trends.
We cannot offer return shipping because we do offer free shipping on all original orders delivered in the continental United States.
