RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Start every return or exchange in our Return Portal at selecttrendsboutique.com — look for Returns in the footer. That is the only place we can process a request. Email, phone, and social messages can’t start a return, and we can’t accept a package that doesn’t have an approved request behind it.

The date to know. Your return must arrive in our warehouse within 30 days of your order date. To make that, we suggest you start your request in the Return Portal within 21 days of your order and ship within 7 days of approval. Requests or packages outside those windows can’t be accepted.

Need a different size or a different item? Exchanges ship free. Swap for the same item in a new size, or for something else entirely. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference at checkout. If it costs less, the difference comes back to you as store credit.

Prefer store credit? Also free. We’ll send you a return label, and the moment your return arrives, you’ll get a Select Trends Boutique E-Gift Card for the full item price. No expiration.

Prefer a refund? You can return to your original payment method for a $9.95 processing fee, deducted from your refund. We’ll email a return label. Please allow 7–10 business days once your package arrives. Original shipping isn’t refunded.

Late packages are returned to sender. If a return arrives after the windows above, we’ll send it back to you, and no refund, credit, or exchange will be issued. This applies to every item, including Game Day, Mardi Gras, and holiday collections.

Every item must come back unworn, unused, and in original condition — all tags attached, packaging intact, no defects, stains, animal hair, or odors, and the packing slip inside.

Shoes must be returned inside their original shoebox, and that shoebox must be inside a shipping box or mailer. Do not tape, label, or ship in the shoebox itself. A shoebox that has been taped or labeled is not resalable, and the return will be refused.

Something wrong with your order? If an item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, tell us in the Return Portal within 3 days of delivery and include a photo. We’ll make it right — replacement or refund, shipping included.
