Prefer a Refund?
You can send it back to your original payment method for a $7.95 processing fee. Once your return lands at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 – 10 business days while we process your refund. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned items only. Original shipping costs are not refunded or included as a part of the refund.

There must be no defects, no stains, no animal hair, no odors or signs the item(s) have been worn or used and all packing slips included with the return.
