RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Don't stress- you've got 30 days from the order date to get your item back to our warehouse.

Need a different size? Exchanges are shipped free of charge.

We completely understand that sizing can be tricky. If you need a new size of the same item, just request an exchange within 30 days of the order date, and we’ll get you the right fit in no time. Exchanges are totally free!

Store Credit? Fast and totally free.

Get free return shipping when you choose store credit — we’ll send you a Select Trends Boutique E-Gift Card as soon as we receive your return. No waiting around, no expiration date. Just instant credit to treat yourself again.

Prefer a Refund? 

You can send it back to your original payment method for a $9.95 processing fee. We will send a return shipping label to your inbox. Once your return lands at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 – 10 business days while we process your refund. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned items only. Original shipping costs are not refunded or included as a part of the refund.

The item(s) must be: unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached, labels, and packaging intact, and not be included in final sale items listed below. There must be no defects, no stains, no animal hair, no odors or signs that the item(s) have been worn or used, and all packing slips must be included with the return.

Final Sale items cannot be returned. These items include the following:

Gift Cards, Sale Items with a discount of 30% or more, seasonal items, jewelry, hair accessories, hats, caps, hosiery, lingerie, intimates, handbags, bodysuits, swimwear, mystery bundle items, all belts and accessories, and personalized items.

If your order isn’t perfect when it arrives, we want to fix it —fast! Just reach out to our Customer Care team within 3 days of receiving it and include a quick pic of the issue. We will arrange for the return of the defective or wrong item and provide you with a replacement or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping fees.
